My furnace has stopped working. Can you help?
Request a furnace repair visit using the form. If you have no heat and need to check the earliest availability, call 289-670-3537. The team will confirm when someone can attend.
Can I book a tune-up if my furnace still works?
Yes. The same form is for furnace maintenance and repairs. Tell Aero you’d like a tune-up when the team gets in touch, and confirm what the service includes.
How much does a service call cost?
The service, travel and assessment charge is $120. Parts and additional work are extra; this is not an all-inclusive repair price. Confirm the total charges with Aero before your visit.
Does a furnace problem always mean replacement?
No. The fault, repair cost, age and condition of your furnace all matter. Ask Aero to explain the repair option and when replacement may make more sense before you decide.
